Why do "dry ceramic sensors" occupy an important position in the core components of the instrument industry?
Ceramic is a material with high elasticity, wear resistance, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its excellent thermal stability allows it to be used normally within the range of -40 to 120 degrees Celsius. And it has high accuracy and stability. Its biggest feature is that the range can be as small as 700Pa. The overload resistance can reach 100 times the range. Completely solved the problem of poor small range overload capacity. Rapid response without lag. The range transfer ratio reaches 10:1, and the surface of the large circular diaphragm is flat and easy to install, making it the preferred sensor for the production of well-known brand pressure transmitters.
The dry ceramic capacitive pressure sensor has no liquid transmission, and the process pressure directly acts on the front surface of the ceramic diaphragm. The capacitance change ratio and pressure of the substrate electrode and the diaphragm electrode make the diaphragm produce 0.03mm displacement. The capacitance change value is fine tuned by the laser, and the special signal conditioning circuit ASIC of the sensor amplifies and outputs a DC voltage up to 4000mV. The built-in temperature sensor continuously measures the medium temperature and performs temperature compensation. When overloaded, the diaphragm is attached to the ceramic substrate without damage. When the pressure returns to normal, its performance is not affected in any way. Completely solving the disadvantage of poor low range overload capacity, it is an upgraded product of diffusion silicon sensors.
The standardized high output has strong anti-interference ability, and can be used with a dedicated circuit board for large range migration (10:1). The sensor comes with temperature compensation of -20~80 ℃ and can be in direct contact with the vast majority of media. Ceramic sensors are widely used in food, medicine and other industries because they do not have any filling fluid and will not produce process pollution. The dry ceramic diaphragm is not affected by the installation direction. Pressure transmitters produced with it as sensing elements are widely used in various pressure measurement occasions.
